Kirby Bates Associates, a national firm specializing in nursing executive retained search, interim management and coaching/consulting services, is planning a significant expansion in its Interim Management and Contingency Search services. We are seeking a high energy, business minded nurse to lead this effort.  Kirby Bates Associates is searching for a Manager for Interim Placements/Contingency Search who will have primary responsibility for developing and maintaining the interim management infrastructure and coordinating numerous contingency searches in collaboration with Client Partners.

QUALIFICATIONS: A registered nurse with a bachelors or masters degree in nursing or a related field preferred, as well as a minimum of three years demonstrated success in a recruitment position. Experience in a retained or contingency search environment highly desirable. Expertise in using multiple software programs, including; Word, Excel, Cbiz, QuickBooks, PowerPoint, Internet and other related programs required. Exceptional “people skills” a must. The qualified candidate must be a team player possessing a professional demeanor and presentation, and be self-directed, conscientious and results oriented. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, along with exceptional organizational skills are critical to success. Excellent writing, proofreading and editing skills are essential. Must be able to “multi-task” and have well-developed time management skills. Exceptional attention to details and a high degree of accuracy in all worked performed is required.
