The UPHS Corporate Nurse Recruiter will collaborate in the planning and implementation of all recruitment, marketing retention and statistical programs and activities of the Corporate Department of Nurse Recruitment.

Degree Requirements and Minimum Experience Required:

• Bachelor's degree required, BSN preferred, Master degree preferred.
• Minimum five years experience in nurse recruitment required, including but not limited to sourcing, cold-calling, and developing short-term and pipeline recruitment programs. 
• Experience in recruitment marketing desired.
• Experience as an intermediate user of MS Office products (Word, Powerpoint, Access, Excel). 
• Licensure as a Registered Nurse preferred.
• Must be able to travel independently with overnight stay required. 
• Intermediate to advanced computer skills required.

Skill Requirements:

• Must be able to initiate and develop innovative programs to further the goals of the nurse recruitment and retention program.
• Able to manage sensitive and confidential information.
• Must demonstrate superb oral and written communication.
