Job Summary/Purpose:
Oversees the entire hiring process to attract, retain and motivate the best and the brightest employees who will emulate the organization philosophy.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in related area preferred
• Minimum four (4) years experience in Human Resources
• Knowledge of Federal and State regulations for interview and hiring process
• Ability to manage the HR Recruitment budget
• Ability to generate quotes and CERs for future department growth
• Ability to offer employee relations guidance in the absence of the Director
• Strong recruitment background
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to present information to a group
