PAAHCR Adopt-a School Program
Join the Philadelphia Area Association of Healthcare Recruiters
(PAAHCR) as an institutional member and you can be a part of
our Adopt-a-School Program. This exciting program pairs educational
institutions with PAAHCR members. You will be assigned members
to act as "Recruiter Mentors" for your organization.
These mentors will visit your campus throughout the year to
provide guidance to your students. Mentors can speak to large
and small groups to offer hands-on workshops with topics such
as:
- Resume writing
- Interviewing tips
- Succeeding in a competitive market
- Targeting your career
search
- And more
Upon approval of your institutional membership, a board member
will contact you to arrange a site visit. This visit will assist
us in determining your specific needs and help tailor future
programs to your students.
